Customers are responsible for checking that the information provided is correct, especially:

  • Quantity ordered.

Retro Ring may cancel or limit an order in the event of:

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Retro Ring, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order.

In addition, Retro Ring offers a 90-calendar-day commercial return guarantee, subject to the conditions established in our Refund and Return Policy.

10. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they should contact Retro Ring as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend reporting visible damage within the first 48 hours after delivery and providing:

  • Photos or videos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging, where relevant.
  • Order number.
  • A description of the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, Retro Ring will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include:

  • Replacement at no additional cost.
  • Price reduction.
  • Refund, where legally applicable.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be made as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has already been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer may exercise any applicable return or withdrawal rights by following the procedure established in our Refund and Return Policy.

Within the limits permitted by applicable law, Retro Ring will not be responsible for:
